Ubuntu (Part 2)
For years now, my portable was configured as dual boot (Windows XP & Debian GNU Linux), using Grub as bootloader.
Finally I have decided to run Ubuntu Linux emulation (virtual machine) together with Windows XP as my core system, since I don't like anymore the 'shuttling back and forth' between both operating systems in a dual boot environment. A virtual machine is a computer defined in software. It's like running a PC on your PC.
But, I understand I have to pay a price regarding 'speed'. On the other hand, I have now both systems available 'simultaneously'.
On page 2, how to remove Linux and the grub bootloader.
