Nokia Internet Tablet - N800 (part 12)
On 18th December 2007, Nokia has released the first official 0S2008 update for the N800 and N810 Internet Tablets.
Since a lot of people were reporting problems with the 'downloads' due to the high number of people accessing the server(s) on the same time, I decided just to wait for a while. Yesterday evening I have downloaded, installed and configured the new OS2008 on my N800 without any problems.
My first impression is very positive ! This OS2008 (2008SE_2.2007.50-2) is a big improvement in a lot of areas. I would recommend all current N800 users to 'update' their devices to this OS2008 release. There is only one reason why you shouldn't do it (yet), the fact that an application (which is very important for you) isn't ported yet.

Direct eens gaan installeren op de N800 hier zie :-) 
One reason should be the worse screen brightness settings. I cannot dim the screen anymore, it's basically always too bright...
