To celebrate the first SkypeOut anniversary, Skype is proud to announce that SkypeOut rates to more than 30 countries will be lowered and that 6 new countries have been added to the SkypeOut Global Rate. The change will be effective 11:00 am GMT, July 27, 2005.

For people who are using SkypeOut to reach belgian fixed numbers, everything remains, meaning 0.017 EUR per minute for the smart guys, and 0.020 EUR per minute for the stupid guys.

This is for sure good news for people that have to make phone calls towards China, since this 'huge' country has been added tot the SkypeOut Global Rate.
